  • The Professional plan, perfect for growing teams, offers everything in the Standard plan along with advanced invoicing workflow, advanced inventory, online payments, recurring invoicing, landed costs, report builder, and advanced user security.

Upgrading or downgrading your Cashflow plan is easy. You'll just need to select the new plan you want to switch to in your subscription page and follow the prompts.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, there is no commitment, with Cashflow you can cancel your subscription anytime.

Are there any setup or hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden or setup fees with Cashflow. You only pay for the plan you choose. You'll only pay more if you upgrade your plan, add more users, or opt for additional features through our add-on services.

Cashflow accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Stripe for payments.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, when you choose annual billing you save 10% on your Cashflow subscription.

What if I exceed my plan's limits?

If you exceed your plan's limits, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan. For example, in the Standard and Professional plans, the first 3 users are included and there's a charge per extra user per month.
